Large sitting room (approx. 21’ x12’) overlooking the waterfall in the garden, equipped with HD TV, Freesat tuner, hard disc two channel recorder (PVR), DVD player, CD and radio audio system, a wide selection of reading including walk books, together with jigsaw puzzles and family games.

Large dining room (approx. 17’x12’) overlooking the meadow with views to the Newlands fells.

Hall with a stone flagged floor and telephone.

Shower room with WC, leading off hall.

Kitchen, fully fitted and equipped, with 4 hot plate ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, food mixer, and toaster.

Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and hanging space together with oil fired heating boiler for the whole house and for hot water.

Large double bedroom (approx. 17’ x 10’) with King sized bed and wash-basin overlooking the main waterfall in the garden

Large twin bedded room (approx. 21’ x 10’) overlooking two waterfalls in the garden with space for put you up bed and/or cot (both provided).
