Booking information

There is a booking fee of £12. Weekends and Shortbreaks are priced by arrangement depending on offers available and the time of year. Call the Booking Office on 01768 892 777 for the latest weekend and shortbreak availability. Prices are based on a 7 days stay, starting from a Saturday, unless otherwise stated. Once you have priced your stay:

Deposit

The deposit payable on booking is £75.00

The balance is due four weeks before the first day of the holiday. Where a booking is less than four weeks before arrival the full rental is payable when booking.

Confirmation

We will confirm your booking when we have received your booking and deposit.

Upon receipt of the balance, you will receive written acknowledgement and full details regarding the property.

Arrival and departure

You are asked to check the arrival and departure times when making your booking.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel your holiday, you are advised to contact the Booking Office immediately. The rental will be payable in full. In such cases, we will do our best to re-let and if successful would normally return the balance of rental less the handling charge (£25.00). If you cancel within the last four weeks you are liable for the full holiday rental.
